Digital Anatomy for Personalized Healthcare

TECHNOLOGY 

For medical device companies who need to improve their personalized designs, Anatoscope offers software solutions to automatically transform imaging to complete 3D digital twins of the patients, ready for motion and physical simulation, to help diagnostics, to virtually try treatments, and to automatically design optimal braces and prostetics. Our patented technology, based on two decades of research at CNRS and INRIA, registers biomechanical templates to personalized imaging.
We are working with dental, imaging and orthopedic companies, and our goal is to become the gold standard in personalized brace and prostetics design. 


RADIOLOGY
Anatomical avatar : our physical simulation engine based on SOFA handles challenging multi-material models and complex contact scenarios.

ANATOSCOPE constructs the anatomical avatar of a given person by combining a canonical avatar (3D model) with medical images of the person (CT, MRI, optical 3D scans, 2D radiology). Biomechanical simulation is then performed using SOFA, the reference software for medical simulation, augmented with proprietary and patented plugins.

Traditional medical images are static, partial and not easily understandable by patients. ANATOSCOPE supplements the images with complete animated avatars, and ready for simulation.

ORTHOPEDICS  SOLUTIONS

Our personalized avatars are used to simulate numerical treatments, to optimize them before presenting and applying them to the patient. They are also used to visualize, quantify movements and produce personalized braces and orthosis by 3D printing.
